lead time

Please allow an estimated 15 business days for orders to ship following payment confirmation. Each Strata piece is handmade to order, quantities over 15 items may require additional production time. Please contact me regarding large orders to discuss timing, availability, and a production schedule that works for both of us.

shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders ship together once complete.

packaging

Items will arrive packaged for retail display; necklaces will include a hang tag with logo and description and earrings will be on an earring card with logo and description.

ordering & payment

Orders can be placed through our website, please email robin@stratajewelry.com for a password-protected link. Payment in full by credit card is required at checkout. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

material availability

Occasionally, materials may be unavailable or may not meet our quality standards. If this affects your order, I'll contact you with suggested replacements before proceeding.

handmade products & natural variation

Natural materials are gloriously imperfect, and that’s part of their charm. Each piece is unique, so while product photos represent an item’s overall characteristics, expect small differences in shade and coloration, texture, and bead size. Bead measurements are generally accurate within 1 mm; strand lengths within 1 inch. These little variations are part of what makes each piece its own small wonder.
