A note on materials & variation
Natural materials are gloriously imperfect, and that’s part of their charm. Each piece is unique, so while product photos represent its overall characteristics, expect small differences in shade and coloration, texture, and bead size. Bead measurements are generally accurate within 1 mm; strand lengths within 1 inch. These little variations are part of what makes each piece its own small wonder.

Returns & quality
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 14 days; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Every piece is completely handmade by me using components from trusted sources, and I stand behind the quality of my work. If you ever have a problem with a piece, please reach out—I’ll do my best to make it right.

Making & shipping
Everything is handmade by me, and orders generally ship within two weeks. That gives me time to procure minerals that aren’t currently in stock, hand-knot each strand with my very own two hands, and occasionally step away from the computer to hike, camp, and make necklaces out in the desert. If anything unexpected changes that timeline, I’ll let you know.

International Orders
We do not currently offer international shipping by default, however if you are interested in purchasing a Strata piece and reside outside of the US, please reach out directly via email and I can provide international shipping information.
